Undiagnosed wrist damage

Early 2012 after a fall I went to my GP with pain in both wrists, after being told it was nothing serious an spending months on anti-inflammatories  I asked to see a specialist. I was sent to a consultant/ surgeon who after X-ray and MRI scans on my right wrist only said the problem was torn cartilage and I would need an operation. There was no improvement after the op in fact there was new pain in my hand that wasn't there before. I told the doctor this but was still sent for 6 months occupational therapy. There was no change just more pain. I returned to the doctor who said he had done everything right and that there was nothing more he could do to help with the pain and weakness in my wrists. After keeping on at him for a while trying to convince him that I wasn't making it up he suggested carpal tunnel syndrome as the problem which I went on to have operations for on both wrists, which once again had no effect. I returned to the doctor explaining all of this but after some steroid injections which had no effect he said there was nothing more that he could do for me and that I should find an easier job ( I've been a scaffolder for 20 yrs straight out of school, the only job I've ever had ) and was then signed off as finished with and sent back to my GP without even having any tests done on my left wrist even though they were as bad as each other. This was in 2014 I then spent the next yr and half seeing lots of different doctors at different hospitals ( bone specialists, blood specialists having more X-rays and blood tests) but no one could find a problem and was always sent back to my GP being told to find an easier job that didn't use my hands. When my GP told me I had seen everyone there was to see I asked to be seen by another specialist in a different area. After one meeting with the new consultant/ surgeon I was sent for X-rays and MRI scans on both wrists and both times before they were even finished the person performing the tests could tell I had torn ligaments in both wrists. I've since had one operation on my right wrist Feb 2016 but the damage was worse than they first thought and I have to wait two months to see if it's even worth operating on my left wrist. My new consultant/ surgeon can't believe it wasn't spotted in the earlier tests and amazed the first consultant/ surgeon didn't see it when he performed the first operation. As you may imagine having very limited use of both hands for years has had a major impact on me and my families lives ( I haven't been able to work since the first operation) and was wondering if any lawyers out there could let me know if I have a case as I believe I was let down by the first " specialist " that I saw

If you find that not eating what you like is the hardest part, than I say you use a less restrictive diet. Just increase your exercise (especially intensity) to make up for it. I lost a fair bit of weight quite quickly without placing pauiacrltrly restrictive limits on what I ate. But I killed myself on the treadmill for 20 minutes in the morning
