SIDE EFFECTS OF MEDICINE

I was hospitlized after the operation on my arm and the nurse has given me wrong medicine by mistake. It was clearly said in my interview that I am allergic to this kind of substances. The allergic reaction was immidiate and I spent another weeks on ICU. Due to the long absence and the fact that after leaving the hospital I was not able to work for another month I lost my job. Although that I was trying to get some money as the compensation from the hospital I was never given a response for my claims. Could you give me the advice what should I do to get some compensation for giving me the wrong medicine?

If anyone is facing same case, get harmed by expired medicines, having side effects, death or any permanent damage is also coming under medical negligence. I think that is the important topic to discuss and the guilty doctor needs to pay for this. If anyone facing this type of situation should  claim the hospital or doctor.

Hi JacquelineBlevins,

It is sad to hear about your case. Can I get the details about your medicine? what was the medicine given to you and what was it's side effect? I had similar type issues with claims for my TVM surgery. Its a different case but I could help you with your claims. You can mail me on lyndabutler86 (at) gmail (dot) com.

GMP, I think the refs as SF are not all unfriendly.  That is, some commenters have used in the friendly way SF people use it: meaning, "something that does not exist but could".  Others do use SF disparagingly, as in, "it does not exist and will not".  But I think that is less the crypto per se, but rather the entire encrypted potru-stercwure, particularly the control of weapons via crypto.
