Injured in car accident

Hi,
I work in UK 3 years as construction worker.  7 month ago, when I went to work I had an road accident.  I was stationary in a queue of traffic when when  other driver hit me on my back. He was guilty of course. I have problems with my spinal and with my arm. How can I claim compensation? Who paid this money? Thanks for your help.

Sorry about your accident, but you can make a claim against the driver of the car
behind and his insurance company. His insurers should cover your claim. You will
need a solicitor to help you because the insurance company may offer you a poor deal
if you try to deal with it yourself. Most solicitors will be falling over themselves
to take on your case on a no win no fee basis.

It's not just about a poor offer from the insurance adjuster. It's actually about achieving a fair compensation from the insurance provider that covers the entire cost of your treatment including your wage loss, cost of treating mental suffering and other associated charges. You must also get the chances of extending your treatment period notified by a medical practitioner and keep a detailed record of all things in a file. It will help you in filing an appropriate claim.
