Personal Injury Claim

Hi There,

I??d just like to know how I stand with my situation. In January, I slipped in the back of a van at work and grabbed the back door to prevent me falling out. Unfortunately this resulted in me severing both my middle finger flexor tendons. I had an op to repair the tendon, then 8 weeks later, nearing the end of the physio, it ruptured again. This now results in a 2 stage tendon graft op which will take nearly 6 months. The whole situation has really been getting me down and I am very unlikely to ever regain full strength or movement back in my hand / finger.

Thanks

Hi Matt,

Sad to hear your situation, but if the accident happened due t others negligence, and it was not your fault, then you should file a claim for compensation. A specialized Personal Injury Lawyer, like Shireslaw would always help you to get the right amount of compensation.

Hi,

It is very sad to know about your condition.

You are liable to receive a compensation, as an accident was not because of your carelessness. If any such accidents happen due to the negligence of others, he or she is responsible to compensate the same.
Consulting or hiring a professional and experienced lawyer for such cases can be fruitful.

Thanks & Regards
