This is an instance of negligence. The extent of negligence has to be determined while undergoing your treatment and youâ??ll need to produce medical documents in support of your claim.

Cut a long story short,

broken olecranon after falling over ice skating
Operation required, tension band wiring
Student doctor put in anesthetic
Surgeon cut into arm without anesthetic numbing area
Put me under General anesthetic as I went into shock
Left hospital and pain got worse throughout the evening
Went back to hospital and discovered wire had snapped in my arm
Doctor said it probably because it had been twisted
Hospital for 3 more day waiting for operation
On checkup visits the surgeon told me it wasn't his best work
No physiotherapy offered to me.

Is this classed as medical negligence or not?

Thank in advance
