I had an injury at work, I was asked by a colleague to lift a machine and I popped my back which Iâ??d never had a pain with before. I put my pelvis and 3 disks out and for 5-6 weeks was in unbearable pain with my sciatic nerve. Unsure if I want to pursue it as it may affect my job. What is this injury worth to me as I received no training regarding lifting
