Car accident, no proof of injury, can I claim?

I was in a car accident 2 years ago which was ruled not my fault. I have now been informed that there is a possibility for me to claim up to ?2000 from a "category C fund" from the third party's insurers, which allows for claims due to psychological and self-medicated injuries sustained. I have been told that I am able to claim this money even with no medical proof. Can anyone advise me whether this information is accurate?

Hello Miranda,

Yes, you can still claim. I feel you should visit a solicitor as soon as possible because they are the one who can give you a clear view of the claim and its worth. If you are really interested in claiming compensation it's better to hire a solicitor fast. As you have already waited for 2 years.
