21, Bricklayer, Fell through 3 floors at work.

The tite pretty much somes up what happened. Roughly 3 years ago the floor i was working on failed bringing me and 30 concrete blocks tumbling down roughly 30ft. The situation is as stands. HSE prosecute my boss (bricklaying subcontractor) and the main contractor. My boss was found not guilty and the main site was found guilty. Luckly i never broke a bone. My instant damage was unable to walk on my left food, my thumb had limited movement, bad pains when doing anything with my arms above shoulder height, neck ache and lover back ache. For a good year after i was terrified of hights, i still am but i can go up if needed. My nightmares also were bad for a while but also are not as bad. I have seriously lost count of the amount of days iv had off work due to either shoulder of back ache. this year alone iv had around a month off because of a left arm shoulder tendonitis. A year ago i had to quit doing any work above shoulder height ie plastering, plasterboarding, bricklaying beyond shoulder height, carrying things up scaffolds etc.. Since the addicent i also had to quit football because whenever i kick a ball i get a sharp pain inside my ankle, this also has effected my swimming. For a while i was depressed because im mates would be out playing football and i was unable to join in. I also was very keen on gym activities, a year or so after i was unable to go anymore because of my shoulder and back pain, since when i quit iv lost a couple stone in muscle (another brillaint thing thats happened in my life). Is it stands im currently looking at coursed in IT as i dont think ill be able to continue bring a builder anymore because of the on going pain and restrictions. I currently have solicitors working my case but nothing ever seems to be happening, its been about a year and a half and they are only just asking to see my medical records, is that normal? Also is it looking likely ill get any money as im gonna have to go back to college and learn something else, being skint doing all that again is not going to be fun haha... P.S sorry for all the grammar mistakes and how long everything is.
