Who is at fault

My story is:

So I was reversing out of my driveway (it's about 10m long) and a car was driving into my driveway. I hadn't got out of the driveway but we collided near the end of it as they were coming in as I didn't see them.

Their story is:

They have said they had got into my driveway as I was reversing out but could only reverse about a foot before we collided as I didn't see them. Although they didn't beep the horn until we had crashed.

Who is at fault?

A lot of things have to be considered while determining who was at fault. Had it been due to poor lighting conditions and visibility, then you may evade the blame being put on you. Otherwise, one needs to check the camera footage and determine if the turning was fatal due to anyone's mistake.
