Would i have a case?

so a few days ago while i was at work, i popped out to get some things from the shop, i came back and understandably needed a drink (the walk was quite far) i grabbed my bottle of Lucozade orange from the side and took a swig only to find someone had used it put brick acid in for a job, the bottle wasn't labeled. now for those that dont know brick acid is a strong cleaning agent used mainly for getting set cement/concrete from stuff.although this didn't make me bad, no stomach pains or anything i managed to spit and rinse most of it out. ive been suffering with sensitive teeth and have no taste at all. does anyone know where i stand?

The scenario isn't clear if there is any fault by the management but in case if you can prove that the presumed party at fault is responsible then you might file a case against them.
