knee injury treatment

I had an accident at work. It was a simple slip on the wet floor. As I was badly injuredon my knee but I was able to work, I decided not to stay on the sickleave. I was in charce of big project, ater which my company started doing very well. I could count on the hel and understaniding of my collegues. They were so kind that I didn't have to leave my office at all. Anyway, I started the rehabilitation. Then I was told that I will not be gven any money for it because I didn't stay on the sick leave. My work didn't affect my knee at all and in fact it helped me to recover - I was surrounded with people that helped me to be optymistyic. It's completly unfair! They didn't have to pay my sick money and now they want also to skip the money for the rehabilitation. They should support me somehow!
