Stone in cake

First time here and would like some advice.
Bought a large CupCake and chomped down on something hard halfway through, it was a stone and it broke my upper back molar.
Immediately phoned the bakery, but manageress there refused to entertain the idea that they were wrong.
It was basically their lawyers were bigger than any lawyers I would ever find.
Food and Health were contacted and they are going to pick up the stone, will see if dentist got any time free soon for assessment of damage.
What I would like to know is, what rights have I got and will my dental bills be paid by them or will I have to wait until after any court cases?
Oh, am I entitled to only dental bills or is there my time and distress?
Thanks in advance.
