Have I got a claim?

I recently severely sprained my ankle and damaged my knee by  falling on an uneven council pavement. The defect is over an inch deep and quite long. It was made by the tyre of a heavy lorry a couple of years ago apparently. So it is pretty much the shape of a tyre rut. I was on crutches for a week and had 2 x-rays, and now physio for my ankle ligaments/nerves and nerve damage on my knee. Since my accident my neighbour has told me the path has been reported before.
Would really appreciate any help.

Claims againt Local Authorities are notoriously difficult to prove, they have statutory defences which allow them to get away with not properly maintaining highways in certain situations.

I am a solicitor and specialise in accident claims, I have had a good deal of success in persuing this type of claim and would be happy to assist you with a claim on a no win no fee basis.
