Re-claim

i had a traffic accident 10yrs ago in lorry non fault
settled out of court
i still have to have injections in my knee and have other issues as well
can i re claim even thouth it was settled 5yrs ago

Sorry but you have two problems as I see it:

1)  You have already achieved a settlement before on this and I would have assumed that the figure took in to account the likely future impact of the ijury

2)  Even if you had not already claimed/settled there is a 3 year limitation from the date of the accident

Sorry but I cannot see any prospect here for you
